The restaurant was set within a grade 2 listed building, and set within a conservation area, and so any design needed to be sensitive to the original Georgian features.
Working closely alongside Fylde Borough Council Conservation Team we were able to achieve something special that was still sympathetic to the history of the building.
Our aim was to create a welcoming and relaxed space for customers, creating clear areas within the restaurant, making it easy to navigate.
We utilised all available floor space throughout the property, maximising the restaurants potential and created a covered seating area to the rear of the property, something which is unusual in Lytham.
Since re-opening Spago continue to receive compliments about the renovated space, and we have continued to work with the restaurant owners with their own property.
